Love how it has the front carrying position, both forward facing and inward facing. Also, love the back carrying option. This has very good back support along with good shoulder support so the baby's weight is shifted evenly throughout the body and doesn't cause neck/shoulder/backaches. <br /> <br />Went for a walk with my 6 montth old, 19 lbs/9oz, and I believe she enjoys being in it, as she fell asleep 15 minutes into the walk. <br /> <br />LIKES: <br />-I really like the zipper pockets that it comes with along with the hoodie as an option to have to shield the baby's face from the wind/sun/etc.. <br /> <br />-The padded shoulder straps and the back strap that goes across to connect the shoulder straps so it doesn't slip. <br />-Comfort level with baby in <br />-Multi-positions <br />-Portable/Easy to fold up and pack <br />-Love the look/feel/color <br /> <br />I don't have any dislikes to comment as of yet.
